We are often looking for a quick fix to most of our problems. Yet, these difficulties are often deeper rooted. In my work, I take an integrative approach, working in dialogue; phenomenologically, yet informed by psychodynamic theory. The relationship with the therapist is a crucial element in the therapy. The primary focus of my work is to help others gain insight and awareness of their current situation through an understanding of past experiences and relationships.
I am a qualified psychotherapist and counselor accredited by the UK Council for Counselling and Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy (ADIP) and a PGD in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s College and an MS in Counselling and a BA in Psychology from The City University of New York. I am a Professional Member of the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology at Regent’s College.
Perhaps you are down or anxious - maybe you are unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. That step through the door is one step further towards your wellbeing. Now it is all in your hands.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
