In my therapy practice, I focus on bringing a relational sensitivity and depth to my interventions to support my client’s self-reflection, increased awareness and growth. I pay specific attention to:
• creativity and lightness within the interaction - helping my client to work through issues and find practical solutions to maximise their potential
• insight and awareness - asking unexpected and challenging questions to help my client reflect, connect and relate with greater openness and sincerity
• stuckness and resistance - understanding that change occurs within and through relationships
• my value base – a commitment to social purpose and responsibility with a strong ethical stance

About Me

I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA-P) and UKCP registered Psychotherapist with over seven years’ experience of working with individuals, couples and groups.
I offer a welcoming, confidential and non-judgemental space to help you explore whatever it is that has brought you to therapy.
