I work relationally — the trust we build is where much of the healing happens. Alongside talking, we might work with image, myth, poetry, dream and the body — none of it imposed; the methods serve the work, not the other way round. I call my practice Rewilding Therapy: loosening the rigid or constricted patterns that shape our relationship with ourselves and the world, making room for a fuller, freer, more rooted life. We begin with a short call, at no charge, to see how we might fit.
Most people arrive carrying something that has become too heavy, or too tangled, to keep holding alone. You don't need to have named it yet, or waited until it got 'bad enough.' I'm an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working in Archway, North London, and online. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy (Re-Vision) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling, and have extensive international experience as a senior trainer.
