My Approach

I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, loss, low mood, overwhelm, disconnection, burnout, or a sense of misalignment between who they are and what is expected of them.

Supporting clients through life transitions is a focus of my practice. These changes may be planned, like career shifts; or be unexpected, such as bereavement, ill health or relationship breakdowns. These life chapters often bring feelings of uncertainty and quiet grief that are seldom acknowledged; although they can also offer opportunities for reflection, healing, and personal growth.

About Me

I am a relational integrative psychotherapist with a MSc (Distinction) and PGDip in Integrative Psychotherapy.

My therapeutic work is informed by both by my clinical training and my lived experience. Before training as a psychotherapist, I practised as a lawyer for more than 20 years, specialising in employment law and I have also supported students as a Skills Coach at the University of Law.
