I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Central London, offering once-weekly open-ended psychotherapy. Before training as a therapist, I worked at a senior level in the UK and internationally, giving me a deep understanding of the pressures and complexities of high-intensity professional environments. By integrating my corporate background with psychodynamic therapy, I provide a reflective space where professionals can explore personal challenges, understand emotional patterns, and foster psychological growth.
My approach focuses on exploring unconscious processes, transference, and relational patterns to help clients gain insight into their emotional lives. I have worked extensively with individuals exploring gender identity, sexual orientation, and diverse relationship structures. I also have significant experience in men’s mental health.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
