I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process where we are both exploring the most helpful avenues of work, and I bring my professional training and experience to this process
I provide a non-judgmental, safe therapeutic space, for us to explore any issues that you may be experiencing.
I work both short and long term, with some flexibility around frequency to best meet your needs.
I am psychodynamically trained and I also draw on a range of other approaches to help inform my work.
I'm a graduate of Oxford University (4 year psychodynamic training programme) with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. Experienced in a number of settings including universities, schools and private therapy
I work part-time at Oxford University as a psychotherapist as well as running groups and workshops, delivering supervision and providing specialist mentoring for students with autism
Fully accredited member of UKCP
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
