Daniella is an integrative psychotherapist with over fifteen years’ experience. Daniella’s work draws on humanistic, existential and psychodynamic approaches, also incorporating solution focused work.
Daniella aims to ensure that clients feel understood and have a safe space to explore their lives, their past, and their present challenges. Clients are supported to identify the areas of their lives they wish to work on and helped through this process to find their own resolutions. This is turn leads to improved emotional well being and helps facilitate personal growth.
Daniella previously established and led services for the NHS and charity sectors working with adults and young people across a range of services including trauma and bereavement, fertility services, substance misuse services and student services, as well as having substantial experience of working in private practice.
Although able to support clients facing a range of issues Daniella has significant experience of working with depression, stress, including work related stress, loss and bereavement, trauma, anxiety, low self esteem, fertility issues, post natal depression , relationship issues, abuse, anger, illness, alcohol misuse , cultural and spiritual issues.
Daniella trained for 6 years at Regents College London and is a fully accredited and registered UKCP integrative psychotherapist gaining an M.A and Advanced Diploma (ADIP) in Psychotherapy & Counselling from Regents College. Previous qualifications include BA Joint Honours Art History and Politics from the University of Leeds. Daniella has additional specialist training in cognitive behavioural therapy, substance misuse, trauma, bereavement and brief therapies.
