My therapeutic approach is integrative and multidimensional. I draw on a range of theoretical perspectives, including psychodynamic, humanistic and existential therapies, allowing the work to be flexible and responsive to you as an individual.
I tailor therapy to your needs, goals and the number of sessions we agree, whether short-term focused work or longer-term in-depth psychotherapy. Our work together is collaborative and paced according to what feels manageable and meaningful for you.
Hello, I’m Daniel Oppioli, a fully qualified and UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist (MSc), Psychodynamic Counsellor (PGDip), and qualified Psychologist.
I provide psychotherapy and counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. At times in life we can feel stuck, lost, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to reflect, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.
My integrative approach draws on psychodynamic and contemporary therapeutic models, allowing us to explore how past experiences may be influencing present challenges. I work collaboratively, at your pace, offering a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood.
I offer both short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy, available online and face-to-face.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
