Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to managing on your own, not asking for help or worrying about being too much. Inside, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, overthinking things, doubting your worth and wondering why things seem so difficult. Perhaps you are trying very hard and never feel enough. Perhaps life is not quite how it should be, or you are feeling disconnected from yourself. You might be dealing with a life transition or challenge, and decided it’s now time to pause and face what’s been difficult. You sense something needs to change.
Whatever it is that brought you here, welcome. Take a breath - you won’t have to do it alone.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface, be fully yourself, and begin to reconnect with your inner strength and truth. I respect your pace and your autonomy, and what you bring will be met with care, curiosity and acceptance. Together we can gently begin to explore and understand what your inner world has been trying to communicate and find what works for you authentically.
My work is collaborative and relational. I don’t offer advice or tell you what you should do. Instead, we reflect and explore together, following your pace and what feels most alive for you. Some sessions may focus on everyday experiences or current challenges; others may involve staying with deeper emotions, painful memories, or patterns that keep repeating. At times, you might want something more practical or structured to lean on – particularly in relation to trauma or ADHD. I can offer gentle exercises, ways of working with the body, or tools to help with grounding, emotional regulation, or focus. There is no right way to use this space — we work with what you bring and decide together what might be useful and when.
As an integrative psychotherapist I make use of an array of tools and approaches, knowing that everyone is unique and different. Together we will find what works for you, at every step of your journey. I draw from Relational Psychoanalysis, Trauma theory, Attachment, Parts-work, Humanistic and Existential theories, please find more details on my website.
I am a fully qualified and accredited UKCP and BACP psychotherapist and counsellor, with an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University, London. I have additional specialised training in ADHD and Somatic Therapy for trauma and complex PTSD. I work in English and Romanian.
My experience spans over 5 years working with adults on a range of mental health challenges across both charity and private settings, both in-person and online. Particularly I am passionate and experienced in working with women who have suffered abuse and trauma, with parents struggling with re-balancing their lives and identity, clients who experience anxiety, depression and low-self esteem, as well as working with neurodivergent clients and clients who experience cultural transitions (immigrants, expats).
I am a neurodivergence-affirming therapist, supporting clients with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence to understand themselves and live authentically. I hold deep respect for diversity in all its forms, and awareness of how social, cultural, and systemic factors shape our emotional well-being. My practice is client-centred, inclusive, and culturally aware.
My pronouns are she/her.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
