My Approach

My approach recognises that every person is unique. I tailor my work to each individual's specific needs, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to self-understanding and growth. My role is not to "fix" anyone, but to support each person in understanding themselves more deeply, so they can get their needs met and live more authentically.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist, trained in Transactional Analysis. (TA) helps people to identify the childhood messages and patterns that may be holding back their potential, or their ability to be their true selves.

I work with

  • Couples
  • Families
  • Groups
  • Individuals
  • Private healthcare referrals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I specialise in supporting adults who have recently been diagnosed with, or who self-identify as having, autism or ADHD. I also provide psychoeducation on autism and ADHD to families and partners of neurodivergent adults. By working with the wider family, I help ensure that neurodivergent individuals have their needs better understood and met. In addition, I work with couples to explore how neurodiversity can shape and impact their relationships. Whether you have just received a diagnosis or suspect you may be neurodivergent, you might be asking: What now? How do you make sense of this new understanding of yourself? How do you navigate life moving forward? It’s natural to experience a mix of emotions- relief, grief, and everything in between. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming. I am here to help you and those close to you better understand and embrace neurodivergence, so you can move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.
