My Approach

I foster a safe space where we can work through the issues you might want to explore without judgement or expectation. I believe that real and lasting change can be achieved through therapy. It may take some time and it won’t always be easy, but you can experience relief from personal difficulties, develop a stronger sense of who you are and find empowerment and fulfilment.

About Me

I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy which draws on a broad base of psychotherapeutic theory and practice.

My training was completed at the Metanoia Institute in London which consisted of a highly rigorous programme of academic study and personal work. This means I know what it is like to 'sit in the chair' and experience not only what it is like to be in therapy but also how beneficial it can be.
