About Me

Experienced, Compassionate full-time psychotherapist. I have been seeing private clients for psychotherapy since 2003. I worked for a range of charities since 1981 and as a freelance trainer and consultant in the fields of drug and alcohol use, with HIV prevention, AIDS, Hepatitis, Cancer and mental health and homelessness. I have lived and worked in Devon since 1987. I see some clients online using FaceTime, Skype or Teams though I prefer to see clients face to face. I have dedicated therapy rooms in the city centre between Exeter St. David's and Central train stations. My Exeter premises offers good access to public parking and there is limited free parking on the street where my practise is based. I have a large, comfortable therapy room in a Georgian building. I will shortly be completing an EMDR Europe accredited training in EMDR and I am currently taking on new clients for EMDR.I am an approved provider for several insurance companies. I offer a free initial consultation to see if I may be the right therapist for you with no obligation to proceed.
