I offer a thoughtful, confidential and non-judgemental space in which we can begin to understand whatever difficulty brings you to therapy. My approach is informed by psychodynamic thinking, with an interest in the unconscious feelings and past experiences that may underpin the ways we think, feel and behave. By exploring recurring patterns in your life, we can begin to understand why certain difficulties or ways of responding continue to repeat. By bringing greater awareness to these patterns, therapy can bring freedom and the possibility of change.
As a qualified psychotherapist, I work with adults facing a range of emotional and relational difficulties, including anxiety, depression, challenges in forming or sustaining fulfilling relationships, life transitions, questions around sexuality, bereavement, loneliness, and feelings of being stuck or disconnected.
