My Approach

Life can change suddenly, major transitions, illness or other challenges may leave you  anxious, empty or stuck  - many  experience low moods, excessive anxiety, or uncertainty about their identity after life changes and you are not alone.

I offer online psychotherapy for adults and young people struggling with the  challenges of major transitions, loss, and identity. Together we explore how you are, the quality of relationships which matter to you, and build resilience .

I help clients gain  a deeper understanding of who they, to take meaningful steps towards change, and open up to how  they  connect  with the  relationships  which matter to them.

What to expect in your first session

I provide a space to be seen, heard and understood, with gentleness, compassion, and openness and you matter.

I offer a free 30 minute introductory call via zoom or telephone.
After the introductory call if you feel nourished, inspired and valued,  we can arrange a block of 5 weekly sessions of 50 minutes.  I look forward to hearing from you.
