Together I hope we can find a way to become unstuck with the challenges that are facing you at the moment. Challenges in life can be crushing at times.
What has happened along the way,
and how have you adapted to survive in the world ?
Maybe we fear, judge and make assumptions of ourself, when we can't make sense of life.
I hope for us to be able to face the reality of how we are, and to create a life which aligns with what really matters to us,
opening up a space, to engage with who we are, and how others may experience us too.
My intention is to create a space, of naturalness, trust, and compassion, involving an holistic approach, by supporting our physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing.
On occasion I might give information or offer suggestions to support you in the process, and I welcome feedback too.
If this is an approach which creates a spark then please reach out by sending an email to :
I have availability online on Thursdays.
I am an existential psychotherapist and completed my training at Regents university London.
The training began with an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I've been able to enhance the experience further by completing a PG Certificate in Existential psychotherapy.
I've a particular interest in anxiety, identity, transitions and depression.
I am also a clinical manager for a low cost counselling service, serving the local community.
Travelling and setting up home in many places around the world from a young age has created a deep sense of curiosity, of how we live, and of how we become who we are.
I trained to become a therapist as a second career later in life, following a time with the NHS as a Nurse and Midwife.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
