I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and Certified Transactional Analyst with over 20 years’ experience. I work with adults facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, with particular expertise in working with highly sensitive people (HSPs).
My approach is relational, integrative and grounded in Transactional Analysis, with additional training in somatic and trauma-informed approaches. I have a particular interest in sensitivity, overwhelm, life transitions, relationships, grief and loss, and climate and polycrisis distress.
I am closely involved with the Climate Psychology Alliance and have been a facilitator of Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects since 2009, supporting people to engage with the emotional and psychological impact of living through a time of ecological and social upheaval.
Alongside my private practice, I founded the community at HSPconnect.app and I teach psychotherapy and contribute to professional and community initiatives supporting psychological wellbeing, connection and resilience.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
