About Me

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience of working in various mental health settings. I have been working in the NHS since 2013 and also in private practice in England, conducting analytic groups and offering psychodynamic psychotherapy individual sessions.
I have a special interest in nature therapy and the conduction of group and individual therapy sessions in a natural outdoors environment.
I have been trained in Mentalization Based Treatment and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy as well and my approach is a more synthetic one, such as being open to combine aspects of different kind of therapeutic models in order to meet the patient's needs.
