I am an integrative therapist, specialising in Relational Transactional Analysis (TA), which means that I bring together all the different aspects of my training and experience to find the best way of working with each individual.
My roots in Relational TA combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, which can be used to understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, and the often unconscious psychological process behind them.
My practice is informed by years of working and living alongside the diverse communities of East London. I value cultural context as a key part of the therapeutic journey and believe in a collaborative approach - where, together, we can identify repetitive, often painful patterns, and how they might be understood, changed, or let go.
I have an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and a Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am a European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA) Certified Transactional Analyst and am working towards becoming a Clinical Supervisor with TA East.
I believe the most important aspect of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between us. In practice, this means I foster a more equal relationship between us, so if there’s something you’re not happy with or disagree with, you can tell me and explore it. I therefore invite you to come as you are so we can talk comfortably.
I am a therapist passionate about working with people from all walks of life. I offer an inclusive, affirming and collaborative space for individuals, couples and families of all genders, sexualities, backgrounds, neurotypes and relationship structures. Whether you are coming to therapy to make a change, make sense of yourself or past experiences, or simply want someone to listen to you, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your life, relationships and concerns. Together, we can identify repetitive, often painful patterns and how they might be understood, changed, or let go.
I offer counselling, psychotherapy, mediation and business coaching to individuals, couples, families and groups. I am passionate about helping people through their relational problems to make meaningful change and find better connections with themselves and others.
