Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I work with adults navigating life with ADHD – diagnosed or undiagnosed – offering space to explore how it affects identity, relationships, self-esteem, and daily functioning.
Anxiety often signals deeper emotional or relational patterns. I help clients explore what their anxiety might be trying to communicate, supporting long-term change rather than just short-term relief.
I support clients experiencing depression – whether long-standing or more recent – offering a space to explore feelings of emptiness, low mood, and disconnection, and to gently move toward renewed meaning and hope
I work with a wide range of mental health issues, including long-standing emotional difficulties and patterns of distress that may feel hard to name. Whatever you're carrying, we can begin where you are.
Our relationships can be a source of both great strength and deep struggle. I support clients in making sense of relationship dynamics, understanding attachment patterns, and fostering more fulfilling connections.
