About Me

Working as an integrative and transpersonal counsellor, I draw on a variety of approaches to suit your needs. I offer a warm and empathic environment in which to creatively explore difficulties as well as what you long for. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. It includes paying attention to what is happening in body, feelings, thoughts and imagination or spirit. Building a trusting relationship, in which you feel safe to explore whatever you wish, is an important part of the work. I specialise in working with women at times of change.

Alongside talking, I offer the use of art materials or movement, to explore what may be difficult to put into words, and bringing mindful awareness to your body to release tensions and stored trauma.

Working with metaphor, dreams and visualisations can help explore what you know on a deeper level.

I work with clients feeling 'stuck' or confused, experiencing difficulties with relationships, grief, loss, depression, stress, work - life balance, low self esteem, anxiety, trauma, abuse, mid-life crisis, sexuality, spirituality, conflicts and dilemmas, searching for meaning, identity or looking to fulfil their potential. I have a special interest in working with people who are seeking to live more creatively.
