My approach is warm, creative, and integrative. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the child or young person. Creativity, particularly the use of art and expressive methods, is central to my work and offers children alternative ways to explore and communicate their feelings. I believe every therapy journey is unique, and I honour each child’s individuality by working alongside them in a way that feels safe and supportive. My aim is to create space for growth and healing, helping children build resilience and a stronger sense of self as they move forward.
As a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, I bring a warm, compassionate, and client-centred approach to my work. I have significant experience delivering therapy in schools and with individual clients, alongside running reflective parenting sessions and art therapy groups. I believe in creating safe, flexible spaces where children, young people, and families feel understood and supported.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
