"When the armour breaks down the softness can emerge" - Gabor Mate
Finding a therapeutic connection, evokes an opportunity to explore and connect with oneself and in one's relationships. Often we arrive at therapy, with a sense of feeling 'stuck' and with our habitual coping patterns that no longer support us in the way we chose to live. What I can offer you is a safe non-judgemental space and a compassionate and empathic process, so you no longer feel stuck in overwhelming and incomprehensible feeling.
I am an independent, qualified and accredited Psychotherapist, holding an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy from Bath Centre for Psychotherapy & Counselling (BCPC). Central to my work, with both individual and couple clients, is the recognition, respect and valuing of every person as an individual. Working co-creatively from within this solid framework, we can address and heal some of the deepest wounds and traumas that you may have experienced from life, in order for personal growth and connection to develop and so that change can occur.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
