About Me
I have worked in the NHS for 30 years as a couples and families therapist. I have also worked with individuals, children and young people. I start with an assessment session at the end of which we will decide on the number of sessions and their frequency.
I offer both short term therapy and long term support. Sometimes people seek help in response to a particular crisis but at other times a longer period of working together is required.
