Integrative and Humanstic Psychotherapy using Transactional Analysis
I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering a warm, compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore life’s challenges at your own pace.
My approach is integrative and relational, drawing primarily on Transactional Analysis (TA) alongside humanistic and psychotherapeutic principles. I believe that our past experiences and relationships can shape how we think, feel and relate to others today. Together, we can make sense of these patters, develop greater self awareness and create lasting change.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, loss, life transitions and emotional overwhelm. I also have experience of supporting neurodivergent clients and those struggling with confidence, stress or the impact of difficult life experiences.
I am also qualified to provide personal therapy to TA trainee students studying MSc and CTA. I provide a reflective, supportive and ethically grounded therapeutic space that enables trainees to deepen their self-awareness, personal development and professional growth.
My aim is to provide a safe, respectful and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood and accepted. Whether you are seeking support for a specific issue or wish to explore deeper patterns that have been affecting your life for many years. I will work alongside you to help you develop greater understanding, resilience and choice.
I offer both short and long-term therapy, tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
