My approach is integrative, relational, and client-centred, meaning I draw from a range of psychotherapeutic models to create a therapy experience that is tailored to each individual. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change, and I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
I integrate Psychodynamic, Attachment-based, Existential, Humanistic, and trauma-informed approaches, alongside body-oriented and neurobiological perspectives. This allows us to explore not only thoughts and behaviours, but also emotions, relationships, early experiences, patterns of relating, and the ways in which the nervous system responds to stress and adversity.
Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, recognise patterns that may have developed as ways of coping, and explore new possibilities for responding to life’s challenges with greater awareness, choice, and resilience
I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, MSc-qualified and BACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, offering psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling to adults seeking support with emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties.
My approach is integrative, relational, and tailored to each individual. I draw upon psychotherapeutic approaches including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Attachment-based, Existential, Transactional Analysis, trauma-informed and body-oriented approaches, alongside neurobiological perspectives such as nervous system regulation and Polyvagal Theory.
I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, childhood experiences, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, ADHD, neurodivergence, burnout, stress, grief and loss, identity, life transitions, and challenges associated with major life changes.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where you can explore your experiences in a safe, confidential, and compassionate environment. Together, we can develop greater self-understanding, recognise patterns that may no longer serve you, strengthen emotional resilience, and create new possibilities for moving forward.
My professional background spans psychotherapy, mental health and wellbeing, education, academia, corporate environments, and high-performing sectors. I bring clinical expertise, curiosity, and a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person’s story.
I offer sessions online worldwide and in person from my private practice in the Surrey Hills, Guildford, and Central London.
