My Approach

I offer face to face, and online therapy sessions. Where appropriate, and if that suits you, I like to work creatively, for example using sand trays, working with images, paints, collage or many other creative tools. I find that working creatively can be really helpful when words alone are not enough.

I also offer supervision, sometimes using creative approaches if that is helpful. Most supervisees choose to have fortnightly supervision, particularly when first setting up in practice. However, we can discuss your supervision needs and work together accordingly.

About Me

I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor with many years of experience working with both individuals, couples and supervision groups. My modality is Transactional Analysis and I hold both CTA(P) and TSTA(P) status. My therapy room is in Crowborough and is located in a tranquil, garden setting offering a safe, confidential environment.
