In our work together, we will gently explore the patterns you have developed—how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate and grounded in respect for your unique story. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
My therapy style is relational, humanistic and tailored to your needs. I draw from my training in Transactional Analysis and other approaches, but most importantly, I offer flexibility to help you navigate personal growth, emotional challenges and relationship struggles.
Together, we can explore what may be holding you back, understand and change unhelpful patterns, and work towards a more fulfilling life.
You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—perhaps in your relationships, self-worth, or ways of coping with life’s pressures. Maybe you are navigating a significant life transition, carrying the weight of past trauma, or struggling with anxiety and burnout that feel difficult to name, let alone shift.
You might not have all the answers yet, but you are ready to explore what change could look like with support. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
I work with clients experiencing depression and anxiety, often linked to loss, chronic illness or pain, trauma, neurodivergence, and issues around sexual, gender or cultural identity. I also support people navigating life transitions and wanting to build confidence and improve their self-esteem.
