My Approach

Psychosynthesis is a depth-oriented, integrative form of psychotherapy that works with both your struggles and your potential. It recognises that symptoms such as anxiety, low mood or relationship difficulties often emerge during periods of growth and transition.

Together, we explore the different parts of you, the achiever, the caretaker, the inner critic, while reconnecting you to a deeper sense of identity and purpose. This approach can be particularly powerful during life changes, including divorce recovery, career transitions, burnout, identity crises and midlife reassessment.

In therapy, we gently explore your life patterns and begin restoring balance: building boundaries without guilt, shifting from over-giving to mutual exchange, and strengthening your sense of self-worth and emotional clarity.

How I work

I offer a space that is warm, grounded and collaborative. I’m not overly distant, but I’m not here just to agree with you either. Many of my clients are ready for clarity and meaningful change. Our work may involve reflecting on patterns, processing difficult emotions, and taking practical steps toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My practice is welcoming and affirming of highly sensitive persons (HPSs), LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD), and those in non-traditional relationship structures. I work in a respectful, inclusive, and non-pathologising way.

Often, my clients aren’t in crisis; they’re at a crossroads. They want more than symptom management. They seem to be grasping for a more authentic and meaningful life, yet are unsure how to begin. If you’re standing at a threshold: leaving behind a role, a relationship, or a version of yourself, and want support navigating the next chapter, I’d be honoured to work with you.

You’re welcome to get in touch to arrange a free 15-minute call or ask about my current availability.

About Me

I specialise in supporting adults navigating life transitions, such as career changes, relationship endings, burnout, identity shifts and moments of “something has to change.”

Hello, and welcome. I’m a UKCP-registered psychosynthesis psychotherapist offering weekly 60-minute online therapy sessions for adults across the UK. I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can see whether working together feels right.

Who I work with

I work best with high-functioning adults who, on the outside, are doing “well enough”, sometimes even very well, but inside feel anxious, depleted or deeply unfulfilled. You might be the strong one others turn to in need, yet you may feel restless, stuck, or unsure about your own next step.

Perhaps you’re facing a career change or feeling lost professionally, going through a breakup or divorce, recovering from burnout or chronic stress, questioning your faith, purpose or long-held identity, or struggling with low self-worth despite external success.

Many of the people I work with identify as givers: over-functioners, people-pleasers, the steady one in relationships. Over time, this can lead to emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, blurred boundaries, attachment wounds or patterns of codependency, feeling unseen, unchosen or undervalued, anxiety, self-doubt, and second-guessing yourself. You may find yourself thinking, “I don’t trust my own judgment anymore.”
