About Me

Brigitta Mowat MSc MA is an Integrative Psychotherapist in private practice. She is also a visiting lecturer on the Certificate and MA/PgD programmes in Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling at the University of Hertfordshire, a training supervisor and Experiential Training Group leader at The Minster Centre, London, and a supervisor at the Ealing Abbey Counselling Service EACS.
