My Approach

I am a qualified person-centered psychotherapist. I offer a non-judgmental space to step back, make sense of what you are experiencing, and reconnect with your own thoughts, feelings, and sense of direction

About Me

I am a Black Male qualified Clinical Psychotherapist and Mental Health Specialist.
I am a passionate and dedicated individual with diverse interests in men's mental health, relationships, sexuality, divorce, co-parenting, neurodiversity, and the challenges of forming meaningful connections. I am also passionate about supporting people who have been discriminated against at work or feel stuck in a job they don't like.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

From a person-centred psychotherapeutic perspective, I work collaboratively with clients to explore how culture, family expectations, heritage and lived experiences shape their sense of self. Whether you feel caught between cultures, disconnected from your roots, or struggle to reconcile personal aspirations with cultural expectations, therapy provides an opportunity to explore these experiences without fear of judgment
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for individuals navigating the emotional complexities of divorce and separation. From a person-centered psychotherapeutic perspective, I work collaboratively with clients to explore feelings of loss, anger, uncertainty, and shifting identity, while helping them make sense of their experiences. My aim is to help individuals reconnect with their sense of self, develop emotional resilience, and find a way forward that reflects their personal values, needs and aspirations.
From a person-centred psychotherapeutic perspective, I work collaboratively with clients to explore the emotional impact of workplace stress, conflict, bullying, discrimination, organisational change or concerns about professional identity. I recognise how employment difficulties can affect self-esteem, confidence, relationships and overall well-being. Therapy provides an opportunity to process these experiences, understand your emotional responses and reconnect with your personal values and strengths.
