I believe that most people have times in their life when they find it difficult to cope. If you are thinking about counselling or psychotherapy you might be struggling to understand why you feel the way you do. You might have the painful experience of anxiety, depression or low self esteem. Or experience tension or anxiety in the way you relate to other people, either at home, at work or in social settings. You might be confused and uncertain about the meaning of your place in the wider world and how your life will turn out.
I aim to support people as they seek to improve their understanding of themselves and of their relationships, make more sense of their uncomfortable thoughts and feelings and find a calmer more positive way of being.
I am qualified and experienced in Person Centred counselling and Integrative Psychotherapeutic counselling.
My qualifications include: BSc (hons) in Integrative counselling and a post graduate certificate in person centred counselling.
I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
