My Approach

Being an integrative, transpersonal psychotherapist means that while my core approach is a spiritually-informed, non-religious way of working - including dream work and creative visualisation - I will also draw on many other approaches in order to meet you exactly where you're at. This can include (but is not limited to) early life exploration, supportive listening, bodywork, sandtray, existential exploration, CBT and Gestalt.

About Me

I am a British-born Chinese millenial with a queer, kink-friendly and ethically non-monogamous perspective. Following a breadcrumb trail of synchronicities amidst environmental factors, I am on my own path of radical self-discovery by way of a creative recovery - having recently rehabilitating myself out of my cultural conditioning into a practicing artist.

I am particularly keen to work with anyone who feels they have frustrated creative potential; wish to uncover a calling; need assistance through spiritual crisis or deeply desire to work with a therapist who can understand marginal contexts - from 'very online' to counter culture, POC to queer issues, climate grief and extinction anxiety.
