My Approach

I am a Relational Integrative Psychotherapist, drawing extensively from Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Existential Therapy.
I offer a collaborative, reflective approach to therapy, helping you make sense of your experiences and discover new ways of being. My practice is grounded in an understanding that every individual’s experience is unique - shaped by their history, relationships, and the meanings they ascribe to their world.

Working with me is about engaging in a dialogue. In that dialog the aim is to meet 'you', reconnect with your values and make meaning.

Hi, I’m Ayse. I work with individuals and couples. While my main focus is on relationship issues, I also have experience supporting clients through life transitions, career challenges, addictions, anger issues, and crises arising from loss or change.
