I'm an Autistic psychotherapist working specifically with Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults across the UK. Whether you're recently identified, self-identified, or questioning, you're welcome here. You don't need to explain the basics or mask who you are. I understand burnout, sensory overwhelm, and chronic masking from lived experience, not just training. My approach combines Gestalt psychotherapy, trauma-informed work, and EMDR to help you regulate, heal, and build a life that actually fits how you're wired. Real change takes time, but it's possible when you have the right support.
A note about EMDR: It’s a powerful but intense approach, requiring time to build regulation skills to process trauma thoroughly. If you want fast results, my approach may not be best suited for you. I don’t offer EMDR alongside other therapies in my private practice.
I realised I'm Autistic later in life, which fundamentally changed how I practise. Since 2014, I've worked across the voluntary sector, NHS, and now private practice. I'm accredited in EMDR and trained in Gestalt psychotherapy with additional qualifications in psychosexual therapy.
In addition to my private practice, I'm currently the clinical lead for monthly meetups at Thriving Autistic, where I also facilitate six-week discovery programmes for late-identified Autistic adults and offer one-off post-identification sessions.
