My Approach

We begin our work together with a 15 min free phone call. This gives you the opportunity to briefly describe what is going on for you. From this conversation we will get an idea of how I can support you. My goal in working together is to provide you with relief, understanding and, where appropriate, challenge.

I support you by drawing on my integrative training and several years' of experience working with children, young people and adults. The pace of therapy will be according to your needs and comfort level. We will talk and listen together. I also use playful and creative interventions to assist you in personal growth and develop stronger coping mechanisms.

The relationship between us is the most important and effective psychotherapy tool. As such, I recommend speaking and meeting so you can decide if you feel we are the right fit to work together. Our first session is like an interview or a first date; its an opportunity to see how working together feels. If we a good match, then our therapeutic relationship has begun, and it will be my pleasure and privilege to be useful to you.

About Me

I am Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychotherapist. My practice is based in North West London, and on-line if needed. I am also happy to work outside. From our first session together you can expect a warm reception and invitation into psychotherapy work.
