My Approach
25 years experience working in education including SEN, supporting children from pre school up to further education. Work covers emotional intelligence including relaxation and mindfulness. I use Heartmath programme, creative arts, storytelling, role play, sand tray, bereavement. I also use CBT with strategies to reframe, changing negative thoughts and feelings to positive.
I don’t do crisis work.
