My Approach

I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist working with adults both in-person in North London and online. I offer a gentle, attuned, and collaborative space where you can explore what brings you to therapy at your own pace.
I am trained in Psychosynthesis – a holistic and integrative psychotherapeutic approach that honours both psychological depth and the potential for growth and meaning. I also draw on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other energy psychology modalities, which bring a body-based and trauma-sensitive dimension to the work, supporting emotional regulation and deeper healing.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that each person carries the capacity for transformation, even in the midst of struggle. I aim to meet you as a whole person – not just a set of symptoms or problems – and to tailor the therapy in a way that respects your unique needs, goals, and ways of being. That might include exploring patterns in relationships, addressing trauma, working with inner parts of the self, or supporting you to reconnect with a sense of meaning or direction.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or seeking to understand yourself more deeply, I offer a grounded and compassionate space to support your journey.

About Me

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist with a background in Psychosynthesis and a deep interest in trauma-informed, body-based approaches to healing. Alongside my core training, I integrate Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other energy psychology modalities into my practice. These approaches gently support emotional regulation, help release patterns held in the body, and offer pathways toward lasting change.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked for many years in creative and therapeutic settings — experiences which continue to inform my work with warmth, depth, and flexibility. I am also a trainer and supervisor of EFT. My approach is integrative and collaborative, shaped by the belief that therapy should be responsive to the individual — their history, resources, needs, and goals.

I see therapy as a shared endeavour: a space in which insights can emerge, personal will can be strengthened, and meaning can be found, even in the midst of difficulty. Whether you are navigating anxiety, loss, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking greater clarity or purpose, I aim to meet you with care, presence, and respect for your unique process.

I offer sessions in-person in North London and online. I welcome enquiries for both short and longer-term work.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Anxiety often signals that your nervous system is carrying more than it can comfortably hold — shaped by long-standing patterns of survival and protection. I draw on insights from polyvagal theory and neuroscience to make sense of the fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and flop states held within the nervous system. Alongside psychotherapeutic interventions and understanding the origins of your anxiety, I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a clinically researched method for regulating and calming the nervous system.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep interest in supporting people living with chronic illness, particularly those navigating conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) and Fibromyalgia. This interest has been shaped not only by years of clinical experience but also by witnessing the frustration, isolation, and misunderstanding that so often accompany these conditions. Through my work, I’ve come to recognise the limitations of the Western medical model in addressing the complexity of chronic illness. Yet I’ve found that when we work individually and holistically, new, more hopeful and internally guided horizons can begin to emerge.
