My Approach

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in private practice, I work with adult individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the unconscious patterns shaping their emotional life.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, family dynamics, or relationship difficulties, I offer a reflective and non-judgmental space to explore what feels stuck or unresolved. Many of my clients are reflective, intellectually engaged adults—therapists, academics, creatives, or professionals—navigating life transitions, identity questions, or emotional overwhelm.

I also work with couples who feel disconnected, trapped in recurring conflict, or unsure how to communicate. Together, we make sense of your relationship dynamics and begin to build more honest, supportive ways of relating.

My approach is grounded in British Psychoanalytic traditions, offering space for long-term insight and lasting change. I work online via secure video or telephone sessions in English, French, or Greek—whatever language you feel most at ease in.

In therapy, we’ll explore your experience at a pace that feels right for you. You’ll be supported to speak freely, discover new perspectives, and develop more compassionate ways of relating to yourself and others.

If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be glad to accompany you on this meaningful journey.

About Me

Hello, my name is Ari, and I’m an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist specialising in online therapy. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting—it takes courage to reach out for support. You may feel unsure about opening up to someone new, but you won’t be doing it alone.

I work with reflective adults—including therapists, academics, creatives, expats, and professionals—who are navigating emotional struggles, life transitions, identity questions, or relationship challenges. I also support couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict or disconnection and want to find more meaningful ways of relating.

My approach is grounded in British Psychoanalytic traditions, offering depth, reflection, and long-term change. Whether we speak in English, French, or Greek—whatever language feels most natural to you—I’ll meet you with warmth, care, and thoughtful attention.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry or self-doubt, using therapy to understand the roots of their anxiety and find relief.
I work with clients facing health-related fears, medical diagnoses, or the emotional toll of chronic conditions—helping them process anxiety, loss, and change with compassion.
For those questioning who they are or where they belong—especially across cultures, languages, or roles—I offer space for reflection and integration.
Whether you’re facing conflict, emotional distance, or communication breakdowns, I help individuals and couples explore deeper patterns and reconnect.
I support individuals and couples working through the emotional complexity of separation—whether you’re deciding to part, coping with loss, or rebuilding life afterward, therapy offers space to process grief, conflict, and new beginnings with clarity and care.
