Overall, I have experience working in an open ended and time limited (12 sessions) frame with a wide range of people and diverse problems including:

Making the first contact may feel like the hardest part of the process. I understand that one can feel nervous about stepping into the unknown. I am happy to speak to you on the phone or via email to start with and take it from there.

The initial consultation is an opportunity to explore your individual needs and answer any questions you may have. There is no obligation to continue after this session. All content of the session is strictly confidential.

About Me

I have 10 years experience as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, fully qualified and registered with UKCP, BACP and FPC.
I offer a safe and confidential space to explore what has brought you to therapy and I understand that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is important.
I work face to face with individuals on a long term basis or in a time limited frame of 12 sessions, in English and French.

I work remotely and offer sessions online or on the telephone.

My approach is psychodynamic, which means the sessions focus on your unconscious and early relationships to gain insight into your current moods, behaviour and decisions. This process helps to attain a more reflective and objective perspective on your life and a better capacity to relate to yourself and others. All content within these sessions is strictly confidential.

I worked for the Trauma Clinic, at WPF therapy, where I provided time-limited sessions to those affected by the Grenfell Tower fire.

I qualified with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from WPF Therapy, a well-respected psychotherapy training institution founded in 1969. This qualification is validated by the University of Roehampton and accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I am a member of UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy), BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling) and abide by their codes of ethics, professional conduct and practice. I have full professional indemnity.
