About Me

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist and academic supervisor based in York, working in person and online. I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and diverse adult relationships. I specialise in relationships, menopause, developmental trauma, and identity and difference (such as gender, sexuality, culture and heritage). My approach to therapy is experiential, affirming, and informed by social justice values. This means I am sensitive to history and context, non pathologising, and respectful of all of who you are.
