With a listening ear, therapy aims to support and question you, so that you can explore the conflicts that may be arising. You will have relationships and experiences, both past and present, that inform who you are. At different times in life, difficulties arise without realising and therapy is a safe and confidential space to discuss what might be coming up.
Therapy with me can enable you to notice where an imbalance might lay, providing a regular space to listen and get to know yourself a little better
I trained at WPF Therapy and describe myself as a psychodynamic psychotherapist.
I work with a diverse range of people and work with people who want to discuss their experiences of depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, pregnancy, peri and post menopause, addiction and grief. Whilst a specific issue may bring you to therapy, I work with you as a whole person and you may find that other difficulties arise during our work together.
Previously to setting up private practice I worked with adults and young people in community and educational settings.
