I am adaptive and flexible in my approach, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and identity challenges. I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences, fostering greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am a UKCP-registered psychodynamic psychotherapist with experience supporting adults in both long-term and brief therapeutic work. My practice is grounded primarily in a psychodynamic perspective, helping clients explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence present relationships, thoughts, and emotions. I also incorporate body-centered approaches, drawing on phenomenology and mindfulness traditions to support a holistic approach to healing. In addition, I offer EMDR therapy to help clients process both early and recent traumatic experiences.
