I work psychoanalytically meaning, that instead of offering ready-made explanations or quick fixes, I pay close attention to what emerges in the work itself.
This approach helps people who seek help, not only by easing mental health symptoms but by helping them understand the patterns that shape their emotional life and relationships. Therapeutic relationship can open perspectives that are hard to reach alone.
Each process is unique. The work moves at your pace and creates space for a different relation to yourself and others to gradually develop.
I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist trained with The Association for Group and Individual Psychotherapy working in East and North London.
My clinical work includes private practice, previous experience in psychotherapy assessments at Strides Highbury Counselling Centre and contributions to workplace wellbeing services. Clinical placement at the Psychosis Therapy Project informed my work with more complex presentations.
I have a background in mental health and social care, including work with autistic adults, survivors of domestic abuse and young people affected who suffered trauma. I also have experience designing person-centred training programmes across social care and tech settings.
