My approach is integrative and relational - I draw on different therapeutic perspectives to respond to each person’s individual needs, while placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work. I believe that our past experiences and relationships can shape how we understand ourselves, relate to others and navigate the world today. Together, we can explore what is happening in your life now and the experiences or patterns that may lie beneath it. I aim to offer a space where you can be curious about yourself, make sense of difficult feelings and experiences, recognise patterns in your relationships and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I will work alongside you at a pace that feels right for you.
I am an integrative psychotherapist with a background in psychology. I work with adults who may be going through a difficult period in their lives, experiencing emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, change, bereavement or crisis. I also work with people exploring questions about themselves, their identity, their place in the world and sense of purpose, as well as those struggling with low self-esteem or wanting to develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
I offer therapy in English and Polish, in person and online.
