I build an integrated approach which is tailored to meet the unique requirements of each individual client or, couple. I work relationally, bringing myself into the work and I incorporate the body as a way of accessing deeply held emotions.
I am an integrative psychotherapist with over ten years experience working in private practice. I work with individual adults and couples. I graduated with a Diploma in Counselling from the Minster Centre in 2016 and subsequently gained an MA in Psychotherapy from the Minster Centre in 2019. I have specialist training in couples work from the tavistock clinic and groupwork from the institute of group analysis. I specialise in working with the LGBTQ+ community and developmental trauma.
I have experience working in the NHS with people with severe psychiatric presentations, and with running therapeutic groups. I have also worked for the Minster Centre's Low-Cost Therapy Service.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
