My Approach

I work integratively, tailoring therapy to the individual needs of each client. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing on attachment-based and psychodynamic perspectives, as well as creative methods. I believe therapy can help young people build confidence, strengthen identity, and develop resilience. For parents/carers, I offer reflective space and practical support to help strengthen relationships and support their child’s emotional wellbeing.

About Me

I am an Integrative Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist with experience supporting children, young people, parents/carers, and trainee therapists/counsellors across schools and community settings. My background is rooted in the creative arts, which brings a playful and imaginative quality to my work, alongside a strong foundation in attachment, trauma-informed practice, and developmental understanding. I aim to provide a safe, relational space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I support children and young people experiencing anxiety around school, friendships, family pressures, or wider life challenges, helping them develop coping skills and feel more secure.
I provide gentle, age-appropriate support for children and families facing grief and loss, creating safe ways to express and process painful feelings.
I help children and parents navigate the challenges of family separation, supporting resilience and emotional adjustment.
I work with adolescents exploring identity, self-esteem, and belonging, supporting them to feel more confident and aligned with who they are.
I offer trauma-informed, sensitive support for young people affected by abuse, prioritising safety, empowerment, and healing.
