My approach to therapy is tailored to individual needs, and is based on assessment of emotional difficulties as well goals and aims in therapy that are important to achieve to create change. I hold Master Degree in Clinical Psychology, Diploma in ISTDP Psychotherapy and Diploma in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy. I am also a UKCP listed Supervisor.
My way of working is to help clients benefit from therapy and get to the cause of emotional problems. I trained in Attachment Based ISTDP ( intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) that is well researched and an evidence based approach shown to create a deep lasting change. Previously, I trained in integrative modalities including Psychosynthesis, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory and CBT. In therapeutic work I encourage an active collaboration and joint partnership with clients. Success of therapy equally depends on mutual engagement, active participation and commitment to the work.
