I believe therapy can be many things: A compassionate, supportive space in which we can meet life’s challenges; A chance to explore and express feelings that we might suppress or judge in everyday life; A creative practice where we imagine new possibilities for ourselves and make them a reality… And sometimes it’s all of these and more in a single session.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I’m informed by a range of perspectives but not hidebound to a single approach. My experience is that therapy unfolds in its own unique way with each client, but my aim is always to build a relationship that feels secure and safe enough for clients to share their struggles and vulnerabilities, and see what’s possible beyond them.
I am an integrative psychotherapist working with individuals on both a short and long term basis. I hold a postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London.
