At the core of my approach as a relational psychotherapist is the belief that healing and growth happen through genuine emotional connection. I aim to create a space where clients can deepen their self awareness and explore the patterns that shape their experiences of life.
My approach is integrative and collaborative. Together with each client, I develop a personalised way of working that draws on psychodynamic, humanistic and existential perspectives, while incorporating a solution focused approach when it feels most supportive and relevant to the client's needs.
I bring with me experience from both the NHS and private practice, supporting people with a wide variety of psychological concerns. For me, 'relational' means engaging in a therapeutic partnership that has depth, meaning and purpose. It is a journey of exploring, discovering, embracing, connecting, acknowledging, and ultimately making more informed choices in life.
