My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic models to tailor the work to your history, needs, and goals. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I aim to help you understand the deeper roots of your distress, so that any changes you make feel genuine and lasting.
My work is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, exploring how early experiences influence our current patterns of relating to ourselves and others. I also incorporate person-centred principles, focusing on the importance of empathy, acceptance, warmth, and genuine curiosity in the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and valued.
Together, we’ll gently explore old patterns or defences that may once have helped you cope but now hold you back, and we’ll replace them with healthier, more fulfilling ways of living.
I aim to offer a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where lasting healing and self-understanding can take place.
