I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. I'm happy to arrange a short introductory call so we can talk about what you're looking for and whether working together feels right.
You may find yourself returning to the same difficult feelings or patterns, in relationships, at work, or in how you feel about yourself, and it can be hard to make sense of them alone. My practice offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to slow down and explore what's going on beneath the surface, so you can understand yourself with more clarity and find room to live differently.
I work psychodynamically with adults facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, loss, and life transitions. I believe that being properly listened to, without interruption, judgement, or an agenda, can be one of the most powerful things we experience, and it's at the heart of how I work.
I trained for five years in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the WPF and the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), two of the UK's leading psychotherapy training organisations. I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a professional member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC), and I work within their codes of ethics and practice.
